If I was a RPG character, this would be my skill tree.

Mental Discipline: Concentration, Time Management, Self-knowledge, Willpower, Temptation Avoidance, Curiosity, Decisiveness, Bias Reduction, Drive

Social Discipline: Listening, Empathy, Small Talk, Humour, Graciousness, Networking, Magnanimity, Negotiation, Persuasion, Collaboration

Technical Discipline: Rationality, Adaptability, Goal Setting, Taste, Precision, Situational Awareness, Domain Expertise - Design, Domain Expertise - Technology, Domain Expertise - Business

Of these, I consider the mental discipline core to being an effective human being.  Of the other two, I probably put more energy than I should in the technical discipline, and less than I should in the social discipline.
